Here’s a report from our very own Wall Street, that once again proves America’s health care system is outrageously broken. The ACA has helped, but it’s hopelessly convoluted (because of the Republicans), so it can’t really solve the problem. WHY do we insist on continuing the same expensive, destructive path? Single payer is the ONLY system that will truly lower costs and make us healthier in the long run.
It’s been said before and this report repeats it: we spend more than any country in the world on health care, and we have lower life expectancy and poorer health than any other developed nation. Private insurance, whether it’s through an employer or bought on an exchange, is the worst possible way to run a healthcare system.
