I live in a rural area and prices for groceries are out of sight. During the summer I freeze as much as I can for 2 reasons. Cheaper and no preservatives.
I do that, too, Ann. I don’t want to be dependent on the grocery stores for frozen vegetables, so I try to have my own supply on hand.
