I don’t use artificial sweeteners because they are… well, artificial. As much as possible, I try to eat Real Food. But this study shows another possible reason why it’s good to avoid them.

I can’t stand the taste of anything artificial. I hate diet everything. Also, like the study suggest, every now and then the so called benefits of the artificial alternatives are just fantasy. And sometimes horror.
