It’s a necklace we picked up at the Art, Jazz, & Wine Festival. It’s made by Barb, at A Touch of Glass.
Now I’ll have to build the rest of my steampunk costume around this. *rubs hands in glee*

Very pretty. I thought about knitting a Steampunk scarf, but I’m not sure how I could make it look right.
